We are a leading technology company specializing in both IT and OT sceurity. As we embark on exciting projects and initiatives, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in IT infrastructure and project management methodologies.

**Position Overview**:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee and coordinate various IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a Project Management Certification and expertise in managing IT projects related to VMWare and RHEL 7 environments.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans and schedules, and track progress against milestones.

Allocate resources and coordinate project team members' activities.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Manage project budgets and expenses.

Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and quality standards.

Collaborate with technical teams to implement VMWare and RHEL 7 solutions as part of project deliverables.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry.

A Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required.

Experience managing IT infrastructure projects, particularly involving VMWare and RHEL 7 technologies.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
