**Qualification and Skills**:
- Matric
- Experience in sales or sales administration.
- MS Office and computer skills.
- Advance Excel Skills is required.
- Event planning skills and experience.
- SAP experience is beneficial.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain good working relationships and an effective communication system with the sales management team and respective stakeholders.
- Assist in all sales related processes and sales administrative duties.
- Assist with the consolidation of monthly reports to respective stakeholders.
- Assist with arranging, coordinating, managing events and meetings.
- Responsible for effectively handling queries and calls as and when required from sales management team.
- Responsible to take minutes of meetings if required.
- Take cognizance of and adhere to Company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
- Manage and report on non-compliance issues.
- Effective Team Player and Effective Self-Management.
- Coordinate between sales and warehouse departments, on relevant queries.
- Assist with HR related functions where relevant.
- Assist with relevant reporting requests related to sales management team (e.g. rebate reports, Netfleet reports)
- Assist sales managers with recruitment process and documentation by coordinating between manager and HR.
- Updating customer price files.
