**Job Summary**
- ** **Manage and maintain defective returns, interact with all parts of the business and provide support to ensure achievement of high levels of productivity

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**
- ** **Develop and implement goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them
- Direct and schedule the activities of all DR (defective returns) employees
- Managing & handling Dealer Complaints & service issues
- Manage the full administration process and ensure correct paper admin flow within defective returns
- Manage and upskill the current defective returns team
- Complete reports (monthly and weekly ) and submit as per set deadline
- Deal on a professional level as to enhance the perceived value of the company
- Co-ordinate the collection of approved DR claims (via 3rd party transporters)
- After claim approval, allocate to transporter using GDLS system
- Closely monitor collection rate & lead times & ensure SLA’s are adhered to, reporting to management if targets are not met
- Follow up on unsuccessful collections after receiving information from transporters
- Assist in resolving queries from dealers relating to units not collected
- Sale of seconds stock to approved dealers
- Processing resales for return products
- Monitor stock available for sale & offer to dealers in a fair & equitable manner
- Obtain approval for sales from marketing managers, internal sales supervisor & finance department
- Invoice goods to dealer after approval
- Liaise closely with warehouse supervisor to ensure proper loading of containers & despatch to dealers
- Contribute to the overall success of the DR department & ensure achievement of KPI targets
- Perform any adhoc duties as when required
- Maintain an accurate filling system
- Designing and updating policies and procedure to ensure

**Required Experience**
- Matric
- Excellent product knowledge
- Good knowledge of administration, sales and general warehouse procedures
- Accounting skills
- Broad inventory management skills
