**Overview**

**Minimum Requirements**:
Proven experience (5 to 10 years) working within an IT distributor, specializing in networking products, preferably with hands-on experience selling Peplink products or networking products switches, routers, firewalls, etc, similar to the Peplink range.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the IT sector, particularly within a channel sales environment.
Familiarity with networking technologies and a comprehensive understanding of the IT market landscape.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence channel partners and corporate end users.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Channel Partner Management**: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, while nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Provide ongoing support, training, and enablement to ensure partners are equipped to effectively promote and sell Peplink products.

**Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth for Peplink products through the channel. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine and optimize the sales approach.
**Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets by proactively driving sales through channel partners. Monitor sales performance, conduct sales forecasts, and implement corrective actions to achieve desired outcomes.
**Product Expertise**: Possess in-depth knowledge of Peplink products and their unique selling points. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to channel partners and corporate end users to showcase the value of Peplink solutions.
**Marketing Support**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that enhance product visibility and generate leads within the channel partner network.
**Market Analysis**: Continuously monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities and adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
**Relationship Building**: Foster strong partnerships with Peplink and other vendors to leverage support, resources, and collaboration opportunities that benefit channel sales growth.
**Reporting and Analysis**: Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance insights to provide management with visibility into channel sales progress and opportunities for improvement.
