Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and regional targets. Oversee all regional sales policies, processes, and systems, including activity levels, customer management, commissions, and resource usage. Ensure the provision of services to existing customers and partners, resolving queries and service-related issues. Support the sales team in delivering customer service excellence. Administer contracts at the regional level. Control the regional sales and financial budget for the business channel. Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reporting for overall regional and company reporting. Assist the Head of Region in expanding Tracker’s market penetration. Attend industry, company, customer, and partner meetings and events. Qualifications Relevant B degree or equivalent qualification. At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience. At least 3 years of sales management experience in a target‑driven environment. Experience managing a team of at least 5 sales consultants. Strong business acumen and analytical skills. Excellent presentation skills to partners and customers. Strong, passionate sales personality. Leadership abilities aligned with Tracker’s core values.
