A great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist / Office Administrator at a well-established company in the residential property fund industry. The company is situated in Stellenbosch
**Key Responsibilities**:
- General Administrative duties
- Scheduling meetings
- Taking Minutes
- Switchboard and reception
- Greeting of clients
- Managing / assisting with rental agents admin
- Arrange meetings and manage diaries
- Office supply management
- Adhoc admin duties
**Requirement**:
- At least 5 - 8 years experience in an administrative
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Word & Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Afrikaans)
- Must be able to cope under pressure and have excellent problem solving skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license with own reliable transport
**Salary**: R10k - R15k p/month, negotiable based on qualification and experience
**Start Date**: ASAP.
