**Company Description**
Are you passionate about education and skilled in developing engaging training programs? CFAM Technologies, a leading provider of advanced extrusion technology for food and feed processing, is looking for a dedicated **Training Development Officer** to join our innovative team. The Training Development Officer will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and administering specialized online training programs for our clients who set up CFAM extrusion plants. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients have the knowledge and skills they need to operate their CFAM equipment efficiently and effectively.
- ** Develop Customized Training Programs**: Create online training modules tailored to the specific needs of each client's extrusion plant, focusing on operational excellence and safety.
- ** Coordinate Training Delivery**: Plan, schedule, and manage the delivery of training programs to ensure clients receive timely and relevant instruction.
- ** Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS)**: Manage the LMS to track training progress, assess learning outcomes, and ensure continuous improvement of training content.
- ** Collaborate with Technical Teams**: Work closely with CFAM’s technical experts to ensure training materials are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the latest industry standards.
- ** Support Client Success**: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to the training materials and ensuring they are equipped to use CFAM equipment to its full potential.

**Qualifications**
- ** Education**: A bachelor's degree in education, Training and Development, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- ** Experience**: Proven experience in instructional design, training development, or a similar role. Experience in the food processing or manufacturing industry, particularly with extrusion technology, is highly desirable.

**Additional Information** Key skills required**:

- ** Technical Skills**:Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of extrusion technology and plant operations is a plus.
- ** Communication Skills**:Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- ** Collaboration**:Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
