**Job Title: Regional Ops Coordinator**

**Role Summary**:
The Regional Ops Coordinator is responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative support across the region, enabling the Regional Manager and Area Management teams to focus on operational excellence, customer engagement, and the delivery of company values and purpose.
**Responsibilities**:
**Administration & Coordination**
- Help coordinate and schedule meetings for the Regional Manager and Area Management team. - Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action points. - Handle confidential information with discretion. - Assist teams with the completion, submission, and tracking of operational forms, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time. - Support all administrative functions for the team, acting as the central point of contact for internal and external communications. - Provide administrative support to Ops Directors as required. - Support with co-ordination and processing of uniform requests. - Monitor adhoc team utilisation and coordinate the reallocation of officers to areas where regular work undertaken. - Ensure holiday requests to Area Managers are reviewed and responded to in a reasonable timeframe.
**Communication Management: -**
Note Taking: - Attend meetings as required and produce clear, actionable notes.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support: - Assist with recruitment processes, uniform ordering and dispatch, induction, and training coordination.
**Investigations Support**:
Act as an overflow resource to support investigations into misconduct, assisting with the coordination, documentation, and follow-up of investigation processes as required. Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all related activities.
**Project & Data Support -** Assist with tracking and coordinating projects, deadlines, and deliverables. - Collect, analyse, and report on operational data to support decision-making. - Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical).
**Content & Social Media Coordination -** Collate and manage social media content for the region, escalating to Mark Ingleby as needed. - Support the creation of dash pack and newsletter content.
**Person Specification -**
Strong experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Excellent team administration skills, including diary management and meeting support. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with excellent spoken and written English. - Proven experience supporting project coordination; able to track and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Skilled in data management and analysis. - Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities. - Discreet, trustworthy, and committed to confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
