**_Purpose:_**

Assist Operations with administrative and financial related functions.

**_ Key Responsibilities:_**
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Consolidate and compile various reports (e.g. financial, stock, COMO ops portal etc.) to assist the region with analysis thereof.
- Collate product feedback to assist with post mortems input.
- Manage designated portfolio (e.g. Maintenance, Ops finance, Insurance claims, General Ops admin/labour efficiencies) in order to constantly achieve Company objectives within budget.
- Use relevant systems (DAX) and process all invoices as required in order for payments to be made.
- Manage respective service providers as required in order for maintenance requirements to be actioned.
- Collate and place regions stationery and uniform orders.

**_ Requirements:_***
- **Education**:

- University Degree/NQF6
- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills in Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Great people skills
- Be able to co-ordinate information fast and efficient
- Needs to have a go-getter attitude and able to meet strict deadlines
- Will be office based
- ** Experience**:

- 3 years retail administration/management experience
- **Knowledge/ Skills**:

- Computer literacy.
- Deadline driven.
- Communication skills (verbal & written).
- Organisational skills.
- Business understanding of the Sheet Street Customer.
- Retail understanding.
- Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel).
