Key Account Executive

Afrirent Holdings is looking for a KAE to create, build and maintain good and solid customer relationship, monitor customer satisfaction and act where appropriate, ensure contract compliance processes are implemented and monitored, and ensure revenue collection through accurate and timeous billing

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Fleet Management
- Reporting on fleet performance including utilisation
- Working with the client in availing vehicle required for tracker audits
- Arranging of license discs when they have expired and ensuring delivery to the client
- Conducting biannual fleet audits
- Liaise with the client and call centre to resolve experienced challenges
- Follow up on outstanding debtors and delivering of invoices to the client
- Obtaining of accident reports on a weekly basis
- Ensuring that new vehicles are delivered with the required accessories

Vehicle Disposal
- Provide a detailed report of vehicles to be de-fleeted to the de-fleet administrator and assist where required
- Assist in vehicle location and inspections

Surveys
- Conducting quarterly client satisfaction surveys

**Knowledge**
- Building and maintenance of good customer relations
- Initiates any actions required to maintain or improve service levels.
- Own and drive service improvement projects according to sound project management principles.
- Co-ordination any temporary changes to service levels required.
- Compliance with Service Level Agreement signed with clients;
- Prepare Reports for client and management
- Compile Monthly Client Reports;
- Conduct Monthly Meetings
- Handling of queries (internally and externally)
- License renewals for Afrirent vehicles
- Traffic fine management
- Supplier Management;
- Cost Management;
**Qualifications**
- Matric
- Fleet Management qualification
- **Project Management **- Advantageous

**Experience and Requirements**
- 5 Years’ experience in client relations management
- Driving license - Code B

**Salary**: R23,000.00 - R27,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Florida, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
