We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Takealot Fulfillment Compliance Officer to join our e-commerce operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Takealot's operational, packaging, routing, and fulfillment standards. This role is critical in maintaining high service levels, preventing suspensions, and ensuring seamless order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with all Takealot Fulfillment requirements and SOPs.
  • Verify order accuracy, routing, packaging, and labelling before dispatch.
  • Track and confirm lead-time shipments within required turnaround times.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, discrepancies, or rejected shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all compliance checks, incidents, and corrective actions.
  • Provide feedback and training to warehouse staff to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Liaise with Takealot representatives when necessary regarding compliance queries or escalations.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in fulfillment quality and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Compliance Officer, Quality Controller, or similar role.
  • Experience working with Takealot Seller Portal and/or e-commerce fulfillment platforms (advantageous).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify operational errors or non-compliant processes.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Computer literacy (Excel, email, and online platforms).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R5 000,00 - R6 000,00 per month
