**Key Responsibilities**

As a Buyer, you will play a critical role in shaping our product assortment and driving our success in the digital retail space. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Product Sourcing**: Identify, evaluate, and curate products that align with our brand and customer preferences.
- **Supplier Management**: Build strong relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain reliable supply chains.
- **Market Insights**: Use data analysis and research to forecast trends and make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop and execute purchasing plans aligned with company objectives.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track product sales, performance trends, and customer feedback to optimize the assortment.
- **Inventory Control**: Manage stock levels, ensure timely replenishment, and avoid shortages.
- **Industry Awareness**: Stay informed on market developments, attend trade shows, and monitor competitors.
- **Collaboration**: Work with logistics to ensure smooth deliveries and with marketing on promotions and seasonal initiatives.
- **Pricing Strategy**: Implement competitive and profitable pricing models.
- **Compliance**: Ensure ethical sourcing, sustainability, and adherence to industry regulations.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates and insights to management on product and purchasing performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a Buyer in E-Commerce or Retail.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in procurement tools, e-commerce platforms, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative approach to product selection for digital consumers.
- Problem-solving ability with a data-driven approach.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles.
- Awareness of sustainability, ethical sourcing, and compliance standards.
