**1. Job Summary**:
Responsible for monthly compiling and reporting of Field Sales Executives and Field Sales Representatives commission.

**3. Key Tasks**:
**Administration**
- Day to day operations of Field Sales Executives.
- Provide support/assistance to Field Sales Executives to achieve business goals per assigned offices.
- Serve as an intermediary between other support departments and Field Sales Executives.
- Handle all Field Sales Executives queries and escalations.
- Motivate Field Sales Executives by giving business ideas for roadshows, brand awareness and incentive rollouts.
- Facilitate the growth and maintenance of new and existing Field Sales Executives.
- Investigate policy queries on request from the Field Sales Executives and Field Business Development Officer (active, inactive and reasons).
- Investigate all CRM and system issues identified with all relevant departments including Dev, Captures and Finance.
- Arrange consignment and collections for the Field Sales Executives timeously and regular tracking of parcels.

**Reporting**
- Send accurate reports on commission to Field Sales Executives.
- Investigate all aspects of policies submitted by Field Sales Executives and Field Sales Representatives.
- Pulls an ‘all in one’ report for record keeping for the department.
- Evaluate active and non-active policy reports.
- Compile reports on all policies submitted and status for the month.
- Compile and maintain a report for the R10/R20k incentive/up-front common for newly.
- Send performance reports to the Field Sales Executive monthly.

- Matric

**5. Experience**
- 2 years administrative experience

**6. Knowledge and Skills**
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and or written)
- Excellent time management skills
- Organizational skills
- Reporting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in all Microsoft packages
- Honest, hardworking, and humble

Pay: Up to R10 000,00 per month
