Main Purpose

Provide general administrative support to asset recovery manager with primary focus on processing claim assessments received by operations for quality and accuracy and researching supporting documents to overall achieve a completed claim assessment bundle.

**Accountabilities & Responsibilities (Key Performance Areas & Tasks)**

**CLAIM ASSESSMENT ADMINISTRATION**

Administrative responsibility of processing company claims assessment forms received by regional operations timeously. Ensures assessment bundles are quality checked, accurate and contains the necessary supporting evidence and documentation via research of internal or external sources.

**GENERAL REPORTING -ACCOUNTING**

Assists with claim registration and dispatch and maintains claim registry log (spreadsheet) on daily basis. Daily reporting of claim assessments. Prepares general accounting quotations, invoicing and statements when required by management

**CLAIM REGISTRY & DISPATCH ADMINISTRATION**

Responsible for providing regional maintenance operations and reporting officers with claim registry ticket reference and maintains claim registry log daily.**MISCELLANEOUS & GENERAL**

Perform any other work-related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time-to-time by management / special project.

**Attend and participate in round table and virtual meetings and minute recording when required

**Knowledge, skills, and qualifications**
- Minimal Grade 12
- A comprehensive working knowledge of the latest Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Administration related Certificate or experience (1 - 2 years)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good customer service skills
- Attentive to detail - accurate
- Team player
- Great Communication Skills, E-mail, Virtual meetings, and telephonic communications
- Organised - meticulous organisational attributes
