Front of Office Administrator/ Receptionist

We are looking for a strong administrative individual with great time management & people skills, excellent telephone manner & attention to detail.
Minimum requirements:
- 5 years working experience within an administrative/receptionist role.
- Extremely Strong Administrative skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Above average Computer literacy
- Must be confident when interacting with people
- Team Player
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information as and when required.
Description of Essential Role & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting new and existing clients
- Managing switchboard
- Reporting call-in and walk-in leads to call center
- Assisting laser clients
- General Admin duties
- Ensuring designated areas are always clean and tidy
- Cash handling
- Assisting with general tasks when required
- Assisting management when requested
- Following company policy and procedures
- Confirming appointments
- Informing consultants of changes to the calendar
- SMS reminder of appointments
- Invoicing sales in accordance to company procedure
- Retail product sales to laser clients
- Stock inventory management.
Work hours:
Monday - Friday: 08:30 to 17:30
Saturday: 09:00 to 15:00
**Salary**: R9,000.00 per month
