Receptionist(Western Cape)

**Job responsibilities include but not limited to the following**:
- Manning the switchboard in a professional and friendly manner.
- Document all call log information according to standard operating procedures.
- Follow up on calls or queries where necessary
- Effectively manage internal and external customer queries effectively.
- Daily provide general administrative and office support.
- Responsible for ensuring bookings of meeting rooms.
- Control inventory relevant to Reception Area.
- Responsible for tidiness and maintenance of the reception area.
- Booking of accommodation and flights as and when required (in a reliever capacity).
- Identify and escalate any unresolved queries to direct line manager.
- Provide guidance on COVID-19 polies and procedures.
Job requirements:
- Administration qualification.
- Previous experience as receptionist essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and MS Teams)
