The scope will include but will not be limited to:

- Delivery of the project in accordance with BSTD Project Management processes.
- Define plan, schedule and acceptance criteria,
- Define and manage scope of project,
- Manage project resources and delivery of outputs,
- Manage and report on project budget.
- Quality control and compliance to specifications.
- Manage risks, issues and constraints.
- Stakeholder management, communication and reporting at project level

**Minimum qualification Required**:
**Other minimum requirements**:

- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP) or other equivalent Project Management Certification.
- Experience with managing complex projects within the Payments, Financial Services, Financial Markets and Banking Environment.
- Strong infrastructure and integration technical background and expertise.
- Experience and expertise in system integration platforms and multi-organisational integration.

**Added advantage**:
Knowledge, experience/ training on Payments, Regulatory and Business Intelligence projects.

**Key deliverables**:
1. Managing large project teams across multiple functional areas and organisations, within financial services.

2. Manage, facilitate, collaborate and co-ordinate the project delivery process within the lifecycle framework.

3. Develop, maintain and distribute relevant project documentation (e.g., the project plan, strategy, scope and objectives).

4. Monitor, maintain and report on the project progress.

5. Develop and maintain a relationship with future and existing stakeholders, internal and external to the organisation.

6. Achieve all project objectives and complete these objectives to the relevant clients' satisfaction.

7. Keep abreast of project management best practices and trends.

8. Consult with internal and external stakeholders to pro-actively manage issues and risks.

9. Managing transformational project(s) - added advantage.

**Job Type**: Temporary

Pay: From R1.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelors (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 8 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Professional Project Management Certification (PMP) (preferred)
