We are looking for someone passionate about Social Media to join our close-knit team and become a part of delivering quality digital content to be proud of.

You will be working closely with the Digital Manager to create engaging content for the company's social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the brand’s objectives.
- Manage and maintain social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create engaging, high-quality content for social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Assist in collaborating with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives and events.
- Influencer reviewing, sourcing, outreach, and day-to-day management.
- Influencer briefs, contracts, and creative guidelines.
- Liaise with the Digital Manager for content review and approvals.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant degree in advertising, marketing, social media, communication science or equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in Social Media Marketing or equivalent
- Experience in the fundamentals of classical and digital marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Public speaking and presentation skills are beneficial.
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail, deadline-driven, ability to problem solve and confident in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of the various digital and Social Media marketing channels
- Experience with beauty or wellness brands is beneficial.
- Valid, driver's licence and own transport.
- Full COVID 19 Vaccination

**Technical skills/knowledge**:

- Comfortable with MAC, Microsoft Office, and Google products
- Proactive Social Certifications - Intermediary to Advanced
- Advantageous: Google Analytics Academy Certification or other online training for social media platforms/analytics also acceptable
- Influencer Management & Reporting Platforms
