**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Manage all organic media activities across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create and schedule high-quality static, carousel, story, reel, and video content that aligns with Pet Heaven’s brand voice and CI.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, pet industry insights, and eCommerce best practices to optimize strategies.

Community Engagement & Growth
- Actively engage with followers, customers, and pet parents; responding to comments, messages, and UGC (user-generated content) in a timely manner.
- Foster relationships with influencers and content creators to amplify brand awareness.
- Implement and monitor social media contests, giveaways, and polls to increase engagement.
- Monitor and moderate brand reputation across social platforms, addressing customer concerns professionally.

Content Creation & Collaboration
- Conceptualize and brief campaigns into the studio teams to create compelling social media content.
- Capture and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories) to showcase Pet Heaven’s products and pet parent experiences.
- Source and manage user-generated content (UGC) and customer testimonials.

Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making
- Track and report on engagement, reach, impressions, conversions, and ROI across social channels.
- Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to optimize content and improve performance.
- Present monthly performance reports, highlighting trends and opportunities.

Events & Activations Management
- Plan and execute Pet Heaven brand activations, pet-friendly events, and promotional activations to enhance brand visibility.
- Work with the marketing team to develop experiential marketing opportunities at pet expos, adoption days, and partnerships.
- Leverage social media to promote, cover, and recap events, ensuring strong audience engagement before, during, and after activations.
- Coordinate with sponsors, vendors, and pet-related organizations to ensure successful event execution.
- Capture and share real-time content (photos, videos, live streams) from events to maximize social reach and engagement.
- Track and analyse event success metrics, including foot traffic, engagement, and conversions, to refine future event strategies.
- Be available to work on weekends where needed.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Engagement Rate** - Growth in likes, comments, shares, saves, and interactions on posts.
- **Follower Growth** - Increase in organic social followers across platforms.
- **UGC & Community Participation** - Growth in user-generated content submissions, reviews, and testimonials.
- **Website Traffic from Social** - Increase in referrals from social media to the Pet Heaven website.
- **Conversion Rate** - Performance of social media-driven sales & first-time-buyer (FTB) sign-ups.
- **Schedule & Save Promotion** - Increase in Schedule & Save sign-ups via social channels.
- **Response Time** - Timeliness of responses to customer inquiries & engagement on social platforms.
- **Event Calendar**:

- Growth in number of events and activations during the financial year and onboarding of pet partners to drive these events

**Education & Experience**:

- Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field beneficial
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social media related role
- Knowledge of Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics)
- Basic video editing skills is a plus
