Charles Hope Apartments offers a dynamic and collaborative workplace that promotes innovation by fostering a community of like-minded individuals. We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join us and play a meaningful role in the marketing of Charles Hope Apartments.

As a social media coordinator you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and maintaining a positive online reputation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Execute a results-driven social media strategy.
- Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms.
- Assist in the creation and editing of written, video, and photo content.
- Maintain unified brand voice across different social media channels.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create a social media calendar planning.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
- Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments by community management and strategic engagement.
- Review analytics and create reports on key metrics.
- Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Create engaging text, image and video content
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Train co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
- Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement

- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions

**Key Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Social media coordinator
- Hospitality and/or advertising background would be beneficial.
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- Qualification in Marketing

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R190 000,00 per year
