**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Onboarding for DL appointments
- HR Reporting
- HR Administration Procedures;
- Good understanding of the HR value chain;
- Managing ER processes
- Supporting the brand EE committee
- Good understanding of Performance Management Systems;
- Customer Service and Relationship Management;
- Knowledge and understanding of HR Statistics/Metrics;
- General HR support
- Ensuring compliance with Company Policies and Procedures;
- Co-ordinate Staff Study Assistance programs;
- Understanding Learning and Development initiatives such as Work Place Skills Plans;
- Various other ad hoc duties as determined by the position.
