Experience:

- Experience in chairing complex internal misconduct disciplinary matters
- Facilitating counselling and mediation workplace sessions
- Chairing of Incapacity (poor work performance/ill health) enquiries
- Facilitating retrenchments processes (189/A) from start to finish.
- Work place restructuring
- Attending CCMA and bargaining counsel Conciliation
- Representation at arbitration, preparation of evidence, witnesses and legal arguments.
- Drafting of notices CCMA notices or motion, rescission, condonation and opposing arguments
- Drafting and developing of employment contracts and policies and procedures
- Experience and knowledge in work place legislation, Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act.
- Union negotiations/interactions and wage negotiations.
- Client interaction and client liaison
- Minimum of 5 years experience in labour relations consultation HR Compliance Consultation (multi-industry) i.t.o. governing legislation (Employment Equity and Skills Development submissions, facilitation and reporting).
- Drafting and audit of employment related policies and procedures.
- Contracts and related documentation drafting and development.
- Interaction with governmental departments, including Workmans Compensation,
- Administration related to HR legislative compliance, e.g. Workmans Compensation (IODs and ROEs), Department of Labour (Employment Audits, UIF queries), Skills Development (SETA registration and interaction), Employment Equity (registration).

Knowledge and Qualifications:

- South African employment related legislations, i.e. BCEA, EEA, SDA, LRA.
- Honours degree in labour relations management//Human Resource Management// Bcomm Law or LLB //HR related Bachelor of Commerce (preferably Honours)
- Electronic proficiency//Excel, word, teams.

**Skills**:
- Ability to create structure in work
- Great communication skills
- Great presentability
- Computer Literacy (entire Microsoft suite).

Additional:

- Vehicle / license / transport: License with own transport
- Working Hours: 8am - 4pm weekdays
- Location: Office based - Roodepoort
- Language: English very proficient
- Salary range: R25-30k gross monthly. No benefits.
