**Job Description**:
**What is FUTURE YOU?** FUTURE YOU is a collection of WNS’s Career Development Programmes (within various workstreams), which have been designed to help you discover your next step within WNS by preparing you for a possible change in career path.

**What does a FUTURE YOU programme entail?** The programmes are a combination of job-shadowing, self-learning, taught learning and assessments that encapsulate the key requirements of your chosen job role.

**During the FUTURE YOU Training Development Programme you will learn how to**:

- Actively prepare for facilitation activities;
- Learn the skills and techniques to deliver effective and impactful learning programmes;
- Facilitate accredited and non-accredited programmes (face to face and VILT);
- Guide and support learners with the completion of portfolios of evidence;
- Complete accurate and detailed administration including attendance registers, annual training reports, learner feedback forms, facilitator reports;
- Conduct assessments and provide feedback to learners;
- Capture learner feedback in the form of Voice of Learner and provide feedback to cross-functional teams;
- Create and update existing learning material so that it is fit for purpose;
- Measure the impact of learning programmes and report insights to Ops and Ucademy stakeholders.
