A payment solutions provider is looking for a Sales Coordinator to serve a major role in ensuring that the sales team meets its goals. Sales coordinators manage the schedules and territories of the various sales team members, set sales objectives and plan training programmes. As a sales coordinator, you may assist team members in increasing their productivity by scheduling appointments and ensuring they have up-to-date support material. You will also liaise with other divisions within a business to ensure that sales, marketing, and delivery go smoothly.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Helping the sales and service team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange / assist with up-to-date sales support material.
- Preparing onboarding paperwork across 4 products and assisting with contracts / orders till completion.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, risk, deployments, CIT, and finance queries are all handled quickly and efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
- Assisting with collating data and information and presenting up to date reports to the Regional Manager.
- General administration tasks to support the Regional Manager of the territory.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Matric essential.**:

- Tertiary qualification preferable.
- 2 or more years' experience in sales support/coordination/administration.
- Good team development skills.
- Computer literacy on MS Office.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
