In this role you will be responsible for supporting our field Sales Team with appointment bookings, travel and administration. You will also manage enquiries from our existing and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support. In addition, the sales Coordinator will be responsible for: - Processing sales orders - Sales Team calendar planning & travel management - Preparation of customer reports - CRM Database Management and maintaining accurate customer records **Qualifications**: In order to be successful in this role you will: - Be able to get on board with our values and mission - Have previous experience in a Customer Service, Administration or Sales Support role - Be customer focused - Be highly driven and motivated to succeed - Have an excellent eye for detail - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills Additional Information Your team and working environment: - At Accor, we are Heartists Are you ready to put your heart at the center of everything that you do?
