**Job Purpose**

The role will include overseeing a team of consultants to support effective skills development and on time delivery of client solutions.

**Skills, Knowledge, Competencies and Experience**
- Honours in Engineering / Computer Science or IT qualification from a reputable institution.
- At least 7+ years progressive experience in simulations, software development, systems engineering or DevOps.
- Sound experiences with CI/CD tools, infrastructure automation and data analytics.
- Proficient with simulations software packages, such as Simio.
- Experience in Mining, Logistics and Engineering Consulting is _Highly Advantegous._
- Deliver high quality technical expertise and problem solving of complex business process cases.
- Participate in strategic planning of business process optimisation.
- Responsible for high quality, end to end execution of simulations projects.
- Ensure scalable and reliable infrastructure and system management.
- Configure and deliver optimal process solutions.
- Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and communication through solution refinement based on latest available inputs and requirements.
- Develop data analytics dashboards and reports.

- Exercise a high level of EQ and resilience.
- Attention to detail and excellent communications.
- Must be a team player and able to work in high pressured environment.
