Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings.
- No tickets to be on the uninvoiced ticket list.
- All ECC charges invoiced out the following day.
- Cost conscious for both TTS and the client.
- Benchmarks in accordance with the company policy.
- Limited QC errors.
- Ability to accurately conclude multi-sector/round the world reservations.
- Knowledge and able to work on the Amadeus/Galileo GDS or OBT.
- Issue full domestic and multi sector international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
- Ability to calculate round the world fares.
- Accurately complete all reissues.
- Ability to complete all refunds accurately.
- Ensure corporate fares are utilized.
- Ability to mentor junior consultants.
- Constant knowledge improvement through training.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
- Fully conversant with preferred partners both of TTS and the client.
- Ability to update all travellers and client profiles.
- Ability to handle pressure and volume.
- Offering a consistent extra mile service while adhering to the SOP and SLA.
- Client retention. Assist junior staff.

Minimum Requirements:

- Grade 12/Matric.
- Bachelors degree in Tourism.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
