Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Adhere to all Safety Health Environment (SHE) and housekeeping requirements at the branch and customer sites at all times. Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times. Keep contract packs up to date.
- Identify, target and successfully tender on new projects and enquiries ensuring strategic and financial objectives are achieved
- Development and achievement of an annual budget (in line with strategic plan) and monthly reporting on key result areas including a comprehensive month end report detailing the EA performance against KPI’s
- Development and implementation of a successful after-market strategy ensuring profitable repeat business from existing and new customer base across EA
- Pro-actively target and successfully convert competitor’s customers to Weir product offerings
- Effectively manage customer expectations and successfully negotiate commercial outcomes consistent with achievement of strategic and financial objectives
- Frequent travel to develop new and enhance existing customer relationships by providing value adding services to customers
- Evaluation, appointment and continued assessment of Weir Agents/Distributors, where appropriate
- Ensure adherence to all SHE and housekeeping requirements in region are met
- Adhere to and ensure relevant SOP’s and work instructions are adhered to
- Effectively manage regional staff
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with five to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- CRM experience will be advantageous
- Valid Driver’s license
- Valid passport and work permit if required
