Duties/Pligte
- The Stellenbosch University Law Clinic seeks to appoint an admitted attorney. The incumbent will be required to perform the work typically performed by a law clinician, which includes_:

- Providing legal services, including consulting, researching, drafting and litigating.
- Managing relationships with Clinic stakeholders.
- Conducting administration relating to all of the above activities.

- Bestuur verhoudings met Kliniek belanghebbendes.
- Behartig administrasie rakende al die bogenoemde aktiwiteite.

Job Requirements/Pos Vereistes
- Admitted attorney.
- At least three years' experience in family law, including experience in children's rights matters.
- A valid driver's licence.
- Computer literate.
- The ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Must be diligent and hardworking.
- Must be proactive and innovative.
- Sound interpersonal relations.
- Competent written and verbal communicator.
- The ability to function effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Toegelate prokureur.
- Minstens drie jaar se ervaring in familiereg, insluitend ervaring in kinderreg aangeleenthede.
