Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to oversee our technical operations and drive the success of our projects. The Technical Manager will be responsible for managing a team of technical experts, providing guidance and support to ensure projects are completed efficiently and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of technical experts, providing mentorship, guidance, and support.
2. Develop and implement technical solutions to meet project requirements and ensure successful project completion.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and timelines.
4. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any issues or challenges and implementing solutions.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure our technical operations remain cutting-edge and competitive.
6. Provide input on technical budgeting, resource planning, and performance evaluations.
7. Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and risk management to minimize technical failures and downtime.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management role.
3. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing technical teams.
4. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Familiarity with industry-standard software development methodologies and tools.
7. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative technical solutions to complex problems.
