**HR Operations Supervisor (TES)**

Colven Associates is a Temporary Employment Service that provides flexible staffing solutions to clients throughout South Africa. We urgently require an **HR Operations Supervisor** in_St. Helena Bay or surrounds._

The Operations Supervisor takes full responsibility for outsourced HR functions at our client's premises, including: recruitment, induction, probation tracking, HR administration, time & attendance, discipline, collecting payroll information etc.
- Matric or equivalent;
- Valid driver's licence
- Above-average command of English **and** Xhosa (Understand, speak, read and write);
- Proven administrative skills;
- Above-average numeric skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to manage own time and program;
- Transparent and honest;
- High energy levels;
- Ability to recruit effectively in townships;
- Good understanding of community-based recruitment and -employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7,500.00 - R8,000.00 per month
