Recruitment Consultant/talent Acquisition Specialist

We're looking for a well-rounded and experienced Recruitment Consultant.

Great incentives and commissions are applicable when successful in this role.

A recruitment background is essential.

A proven success track-record in telephonic sales is imperative to be successful in this role.

Are you confident, but not arrogant, not afraid to speak to anyone, presentable and fluent in English? This may just be for you if that’s the case.

**What will be required of you?**
- Achieving agreed-on sales targets.
- Prospecting, researching, and qualifying new opportunities daily.
- Cold calling and closing of leads and positioning a suitable solution with prospects.
- Actively driving, organising, and planning initiatives to promote recruitment services.
- Client liaison.
- The ability to accurately forecast and manage a pipeline using a CRM system.
- Following up on quotes and CVs.
- Being positively and professionally engaged in Social Media to promote the Company’s brand and solutions.
- Preparing CV's.

**What skills and experience will make you a good match?**
- Previous recruitment and sales experience is essential.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Confident, resilient, and driven.
- ENERGETIC and enthusiastic.
- The ability to work without supervision.
- Own vehicle with valid SA driver’s license.
- The ability to read situations and people.
- The willingness to succeed and the hunger to earn good money.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Effective communication ability.
- The ability to think on your feet in any situation.
- Urgency and the ability to work in a fun and fast-paced environment.
- Good eye for detail and strong numerical ability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
