- Coach, build, enable manager capability and effectiveness by ensuring that practices and processes are aligned with the business and HR strategies.
- Coach managers to effectively drive execution of annual and daily processes: Performance Management, Annual Compensation processes in alignment with globally practices, Talent Acquisition (i.e. recruitment, offers, onboarding etc), Talent Management Process (PIP), Change Management and Culture
- Oversee efforts in support of building management capability to facilitate an effective employee relations environment by providing advice and counsel, and, if necessary, conducting or overseeing employee relations investigations and providing analytics, particularly within the business units
- New Enterprise HR systems, processes, and programs in coordination with HR Leads & Business Leaders.
- Review monthly payroll and verify input against instructions from the business sources
- Review and sign off monthly payroll variances against the input
- Review and monitor Leave for employees
- Implement people strategy and HR aspects for business priorities that are efficient, consistent and legally sound
- Drive global standardization, alignment and operational efficiency
- Maintain understanding of the Global HR Operating Model where appropriate
- Participate in the ongoing review of HR processes and make recommendations for process efficiencies, as well as opportunities to stop, automate, or standardize transactional work
- Keep abreast of local legislation affecting human resources functionalities, advise and recommend to the Management, necessary actions to ensure compliance
- Create awareness of diversity, monitor adherence to achievement of Employment Equity plan and take corrective action where necessary
- Ensures Skills Development is optimised through Learnerships and proper administration and recording of all training interventions
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Pre
- requisite Bachelor’s Degree
- Honours degree preferable, specialising in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 4-6 years HRBP experience
- Embodies Company Values & Behaviours in all internal and external interactions
- Drive for excellence, ability to manage complexity and change management dynamics
- Ability to work and manage in a virtual environment
