(3-months temporary position based in Milnerton)

The NSRI is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant who will provide administrative support to the Fundraising Centre team.

The NSRI has 50+ stations, satellite stations and Lifeguard containers across a volunteer network spanning 1500+ volunteers. This role will also be required to provide support to the volunteers beyond office hours.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Matric
- Relevant qualification
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Administrative skills and experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in CRM system.
- Attention to detail and organised.
- Accurate and fast typing.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the smooth running of the fundraising team.
- Maintain accurate records of donor information and sales.
- Converting of sales information on a CRM system
- Written and verbal communication with donors.
- Adhere to NSRI policies and procedures.
- Position and uphold the NSRI brand and reputation.
