Project Administrator

To provide administrative support in the execution of project duties. Oversee and perform administrative functions concerned with a project.
All duties should be performed aligned ensuring compliance to SFI's QMS for the area of responsibility.
**Overall Key Areas**
- Support the project team in all administration functions and processes.
- Direct and assist in the office/travel administration activities.
- Devising, maintaining and updating project systems, including data management and electronic filing.
- Ensure that the required billing on projects is done on time and accurately.
- Keep track, monitor and update project budgets and expenditures, highlighting any major variances.
- Utilize Project Software to create Project Plans, and track and update progress.
- Inform Project Managers of any deviations or outstanding tasks / milestones / issues, as they rise.
- Log and manage hardware /software/ stationery orders or office moves.
- Assist with administration relevant to the sourcing and securing of contracts / service providers / sipplies / equipment where required.
- Assist with preparing action plans, compiling the necessary feedback reports.
- Act as point of contact for project team and facilitate communications.
- On a weekly basis update the project calendar / plan and co-ordinate next activities.
- Create and review Power Point presentations.
- Assist PM with issue, Risk, Dependency, Assumptions, and Major decisions logs maintenance
- As instructed follow-up with external bodies or individuals, whether government or private, regarding matters relevant to the project(s).
- Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary project materials, and documentation to the internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

- 3 - 5 years Project Management Administration experience
- Utilisation of Project Planning and Management Software
**Qualifications**
- Matric
- Certificate or Qualification in Project Managementor Administration
- Driver's License
**Knowledge**
- Project Office Administration
- Communication
- Microsoft Office toolset
- Financial Administration
**Skills**
- Professional attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing and control skills.
- Time / task management
- Analytical, problem solving and decision

- Advanced computer skills and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project Management/MS Project and PowerPoint.
