Responsible for the daily coordination, support, and oversight of operational teams, vehicles, equipment, and on-site work processes. This role includes basic plumbing-related support and assisting in maintenance or repair tasks when required

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**1. Daily Team Coordination**
- Receive staff every morning upon arrival.
- Ensure all team members report to the office and are dispatched on time.
- Confirm each team member has the necessary tools and equipment for the day.
- Manage and assist teams throughout the day.

**2. Preparation & System Checks**
- Check vehicle oil and water levels daily and upload photos to the group.
- Ensure all team members are in uniform and upload photos to the group.
- Confirm teams are following SOPs.
- Review Hello Tracks and Infra speak daily and weekly for planning, updates, and checklist completion.
- Review vehicle tracking (Kartrack).
- Log and escalate any issues or discrepancies to management.

**3. Inspection & Maintenance**
- Daily inspection of vehicles, tools, and equipment.
- Report and arrange replacement of any damaged/missing items.
- Oversee cleanliness and condition of vehicles and premises.

**4. Training & Support**
- Conduct SOP training sessions with different teams 2-3 times per week.
- Upload photos and reports of training sessions.
- Investigate and assess client-reported issues on-site.
- Support the production team with materials and deliveries.
- Deliver completed ground steps ready for dispatch.

**5. Junior Plumbing Tasks**
- Assist in basic plumbing tasks such as:

- Minor leak detection and temporary repair.
- Pipe and fitting checks.
- Supporting senior plumbers during installations or repairs.
- Ensure plumbing tools are maintained and available.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
