**About this role**

As the Head of Content, you’ll be tasked with leading, managing and inspiring a content team to develop top quality content assets for our global sales and marketing teams, including digital marketing collateral, landing pages, event collateral, videos, newsletters, sales presentations, press releases, blogs, social content and more.

We’re looking for someone with proven experience in B2B content generation, and who possesses a can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and a passion for building teams and brands. We’ll be leaning on you to conceptualise, implement and measure new and innovative content strategies and ideas for our global brand, and uphold our brand standards company-wide.

You will be responsible for ensuring the company’s narratives and messages are in support of the content strategies and editorial decisions that you formulate, in collaboration with the Head of Central Marketing and global team.

**With this in mind, you will make an impact from day one by**:

- Developing and overseeing an integrated content and social media strategy that encompasses channel selection and focus, editorial governance, and metrics to be applied and aligned with the business’s overall objectives
- Enabling structured content creation capabilities through the implementation of models and processes for sourcing information, analysing, and creating content
- Partnering with regional marketing and product teams to conceptualise, develop and produce industry relevant virtual events and webinars to drive lead generation
- Partnering with regional marketing and sales teams to develop sales enablement and conversion content
- Partnering with the global and Central marketing teams to support marketing activities such as product launch collateral, branding, content, communication, and messaging
- Partnering with regional marketing and sales teams to conceptualise and manage the output of event-related content and collateral
- Consulting with global marketing team to offer strategic counsel in their content planning and development, as well as overall content strategies for events and projects inclusive of major business conferences, and other key initiatives
- Researching the competitive environment and gather market data to come up with well-informed topics and themes for content creation
- Designing and implementing measurement systems that actively measure, manage, optimize and communicate the performance of the content produced against business goals and objectives
- Delivering high quality, brand-aligned content, collateral, and communication, on time and in full, for all marketing requirements as per briefs received from our global teams
- Demonstrating editorial leadership over the brand standards and content style guides, and overall expression of the business’s corporate identity in the content it publishes
- Being an active member of our marketing team; participate with enthusiasm and passion in team projects, bringing your creative but data-backed ideas to the table
- Managing the content team (including copywriters and content manger) and guide them in implementing quarterly content plans.
- Taking an active role in team capacity management and seek to improve processes to support a well-organised content team
- Empowering brand autonomy by creating brand style guidelines that empower regions to leverage the brand consistently
- Working to achieve 90-day priorities in support of marketing strategic projects

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KEY SKILLS**
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, English, Public Relations, or related field
- 3-5 years working in a mid-senior editorial or content marketing position responsible for strategy (B2B)
- Experienced in managing a team
- Demonstrated success in leading social media strategies in a B2B environment
- Well-rounded in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management / planning tools (Jira)
- Strong conceptual and instructional design skills
