**Role Overview**:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that increase brand visibility, drive sales, and build long-term customer loyalty. This role requires a creative and analytical professional with a passion for the beauty industry and a proven track record in both sales and marketing.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Lead sales training programs for team members and retail staff to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements.

**Marketing**:

- Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to enhance brand exposure.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and creative environment to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
- Set clear performance objectives and conduct regular evaluations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and marketing objectives.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical abilities to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
