**Responsibilities**: - Support the TA Manager with the execution of recruitment strategies - Adopt a process and performance improvement mind set at all times - Bring external market insights to TA, HR and Hiring Manager conversations - Input into functional attraction plans, to include social media - Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to deliver a best in class recruitment service for all internal and external campus and frontline requirements across Manufacturing - Develop and clearly articulate recruitment strategies for each individual requirement (clarity between long term pipeline and short term). Conduct effective role briefing meetings - Write and promote engaging internal and external advertising based on a thorough role briefing - Direct contact with external parties (e.g. recruitment agencies) - Shortlist, phone screen, support assessments/interviews - Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators to effectively execute a timely recruitment process including posting open positions, scheduling interviews, and generating offer letters - Support the TA Manager on various topics (sourcing methods, projects) - Adhere to TA processes and best practice system use (Kenexa, LinkedIn Recruiter) at all times - Advise on temporary recruitment as required - Build hiring manager recruitment capability by delivering recruitment skills training Ensure the correct use of assessment tools for each hire Qualifications: - In-house or agency recruitment experience in a resourcing specialist role - Minimal Bachelor/Master degree - 4 years of experience, preferably in HR and/or recruitment - Applicant tracking system experience such as Kenexa or other ATS Experience with utilizing social media channels (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter)Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up - Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment Must be collaborative team player **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
