We are looking for a talented Technical Implementation Specialist to join a growing team. In this exciting role, you'll be the bridge between cutting-edge GRC solutions and valued clients, ensuring they leverage technology to achieve unparalleled compliance success.

A degree in Internal Audit (CIA, CPA, CISA, or IIA certification a plus); Diligent Certification (desired): 3+ years of experience in an internal audit role; Hands-on experience with ACL, Galvanize, or Diligent products (desired); Training/facilitation experience (desired); Experience with audit management software (e.g., Caseware Idea, TeamMate, BarnOwl, Arbutus); Able to mention characters in Star Wars.

Here's what you'll do:

- GRC Architect: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Audit, Risk, and Compliance (ARC) methodologies to configure our software solutions to perfectly meet each client's unique needs and specifications.
- Training & Support Guru: Deliver comprehensive training sessions, empowering users to navigate the software with confidence and unlock its full potential. You'll also guide them in leveraging reporting and analytics tools to gain valuable insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Documentation Maestro: Maintain clear and concise documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations, ensuring complete transparency and accountability throughout the implementation lifecycle. You'll also keep internal and external stakeholders informed of new releases, features, and functionalities.
- Stakeholder Champion: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring timely project delivery and swift resolution of any issues that may arise. Be an advocate for innovation, identifying and communicating new ideas and knowledge that enhance our services and offerings.
- Risk Management Pro: Develop a keen eye for identifying and mitigating potential risks that could derail project success. Uphold high productivity standards, consistently delivering work on time and efficiently managing all administrative tasks.

To thrive in this role, you'll ideally possess:

- A degree in Internal Audit (CIA, CPA, CISA, or IIA certification a plus).
