- Clicks is on the hunt for an individual that is able to manage and maintain all products listed and ranged for OMNI and ensure data integrity on the website.**Job description**

**Job Purpose &Objectives**:

- Ensure accurate capturing of master data into the merchandise and Hybris system
- Validate that data received is accurately completed and compliant with business rules.
- Maintain master data in the merchandise systems and resolve any problems.
- Complete required mapping of attributes based on agree business rules.
- Manage samples and image curation accurately.
- Complete item online naming as per agreed rules for online website
- Manage various reports to support visibility to stakeholders
- Meet required deadlines for online launches for customer needs and satisfaction.
- Report any master data problems to the Master Data Compliance Officer
- Complete any ad hoc requests or processes on the merchandise system

**Minimum requirements**

**Education
- **Essential**: Matric

**Experience**:

- ** Essential**: 1-3 years experience basic office admin and Merchandise Management System
- ** Desirable**: Data Capturer

Prior experience and track record in Product master data management and administration**Knowledge**:

- Knowledge and understanding of merchandise systems
- Database management
- Proficiency in MS Office and Word

**Skills**:
