**- **Assist the Laundry Master in overseeing the daily operations of the onboard laundry facilities**

**- **Manage and supervise a team of laundry attendants**

**- **Ensure that all laundry is washed, dried, and folded in a timely and efficient manner**

**- **Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed**

**- **Train new laundry attendants and provide ongoing training and support to existing team members**

**- **Maintain a clean and organized laundry area, following all safety and sanitation guidelines**

**- **Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Laundry Master**

**- **Assist with the sorting and distribution of laundry to guest cabins and crew areas**

**- **Handle guest laundry requests and ensure timely delivery of their items**

**- **Maintain accurate records of laundry inventory and usage**

**- **Assist with the preparation of laundry budgets and cost control measures**

**- **Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience**

**- **Uphold the company's standards of excellence in customer service and cleanliness at all times**

**_ Qualifications:_**

**- **High school diploma or equivalent required**

**- **Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or cruise line industry**

**- **Strong leadership and organizational skills**

**- **Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment**

**- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**

**- **Knowledge of laundry equipment and procedures**

**- **Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control**

**- **Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time**

**- **Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays**

**- **Fluent in English, both written and spoken**
