- Prepare quotations on BAAN LN as per the SOP (QTC 100 sales quotations).
- Submit quotations to customers for parts required follow up and update in LN.

- Prepare Commercial Invoices & Packing lists.
- Generate customer invoice once shipment has been confirmed by exports for delivery of goods to local customers.
- Monitor and resolve customer GIT issues.
- Contact customers for outstanding order reports for reconciliation Bi-monthly.
- Assist debtor’s department in maintaining / improving debtors ageing.
- Manage pre-paid accounts including pro-forma invoices and debtor’s allocations.
- Capture and filing of POD’s and Export documents.
- General office duties.
- Adhere to SHE and Housekeeping requirements at the branch and customer sites.
- Always adhere to the Duty of Care Policy**Inherent Requirements**
- Sales & Marketing or Administration Qualification (Advantageous)
- Grade 12
- At least 4 years related experience in a similar function
