Pentravel Online Sales Manager

This position is based full time in our offices in Bellville, Cape Town. Flexibility in terms of after hours and weekend availability is a necessity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve Pentravel's online sales targets.
- Manage a team of online sales consultants and provide guidance and mentorship to ensure they meet their sales goals.
- Analyze sales data maximise opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.
- Continually evaluate and optimize the online sales process to enhance the customer experience.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in online sales and travel industry trends.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in online sales. Travel industry experience an advantage
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and increasing revenue.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other teams.
- Knowledge of online booking systems and customer relationship management tools.
