**Introduction**
- We are looking to recruit a Sales Representative on a fixed term contract to work within the 180 Degrees Software division of the Clicks Group. The role will be based at the 180 Degrees office in Cape Town Northern Suburbs.

**Job description**

**JOB PURPOSE**

To build and maintain customer relationships, furnish information on product and services and actively promote the Company to increase sales and drive demand.

**JOB OBJECTIVES**
- To strive to achieve 180° Sales targets in the independent retail pharmacy space.
- To accurately compile various customer movement reports, weekly scorecard feedback, general information on customer queries/problems and competitor actions to track and monitor against set targets.
- To identify new business opportunities for the organisation by presenting and selling the benefits to current and potential customers.
- To proactivity identify industry trends, competitive behaviour and potential business risks in order to influence current business practice.
- To ensure that customer queries are attended to, expedited, and resolved effectively and efficiently.
- To present and promote 180° Software, Hardware and Service offerings.
- To actively build relationships with customers by furnishing them with information on products and services rendered.
- To communicate, co-ordinate and assist with special company functions and promotions, i.e. conferences and seminars when required.
