- What You'll Be Doing:
- Execute high-volume cold calling campaigns to generate new B2B leads in the fleet and telematics industry
- Identify key decision-makers and build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects
- Deliver compelling pitches and handle objections with skill and resilience
- Collaborate with sales leadership and account executives to drive conversions and close deals
- Use CRM tools to manage outreach, track performance, and report on lead activity
- Stay up-to-date on fleet management trends, telematics products, and competitor offerings

**Minimum requirements**
- What We’re Looking For:
- Competed Tertiary Degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in outbound call environments (100 calls/day)
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
- Experience or interest in SaaS or telematics solutions a major advantage
- Fearless, goal-driven, and resilient personality - you don’t give up easily
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
