With extremely knowledgeable Sales Specialists and Product Managers supported by Jupidex branches and our extensive dealer networks, Jupidex makes it their goal to provide a professional service to the farmers in Southern Africa.
Jupidex is currently looking for a Technical Manager to develop, and equip the Customer Support Representatives to be able to attend to product issues and complaints in a quick and professional manner and to increase overall profitability on parts sales via the dealerships. Develop and implement strategic plans to equip employees to increase the efficiency of the Quality Control and Pre-Delivery Inspection processes at Jupidex. Develop and integrate our Precision Farming / Farm Management Systems and solutions into our business. The Incumbent will deal with current and potential dealerships and customers.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Technical support to dealers.
Training to Dealer and Jupidex personnel.
Quality Control and Pre-Delivery Inspection processes
Parts marketing - increase customer satisfaction and experience
Precision Farming integration

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Education

Min: Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma
Ideal: Degree in agriculture/business/marketing or a related field

Experience

Knowledge
- Agricultural Mechanization - Knowledge of the principles and complexities of Agricultural Mechanization.
- Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer-needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
