Marketing and Brand Manager

**Job Advert Summary**:
The Rola Motor Group is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team. The Brand and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our brand, increase sales, and enhance customer engagement. The Brand and Marketing Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the brand remains relevant and resonates with customers, creating a strong and consistent brand identity, and monitoring brand performance to make informed decisions that support business objectives.

This role requires a strong creative and analytical mind, as well as a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand and marketing management.
- Automotive industry experience advantageous.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a track record of developing successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions and measure success.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a team.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends.

- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate and brief the sales, marketing, and content team to develop effective distribution strategies that reach the target audience and drive sales within the communities.
- Creating brand awareness, engage with customers, and generate buzz around a brand.
- Events management, including creating event themes, organizing logistics, and coordinating with vendors and other stakeholders.- Measuring and analyzing event and activation performance. Managing event budgets and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business goals and objectives.
