**Salary**: R7,000 - R10,000 per month + Fuel Allowance + Quarterly Bonuses

**About the Role**:
A fast-growing marketing agency based in Somerset West, is looking for a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant to support our team and help our agency run like clockwork. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves ticking things off a to-do list, and wants to grow their career in the marketing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing calendars and booking appointments
- Assisting with new client enquiries
- Running errands (dropping packages, light shopping, etc.)
- Capturing and organising admin/data
- Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
- Joining client Zoom meetings when needed

**Requirements**:

- Based in or near **Somerset West**:

- Valid **driver’s license** and own reliable vehicle
- Completed **matric**:

- At least some **work experience** (waitering, retail, admin, etc.)
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Friendly, professional, and proactive
- Comfortable using Office 365 (or willing to learn quickly)
- Confident communicator — especially via phone or Zoom
