We’re growing fast - and we need a marketing mastermind to take our brand from ‘solid local name’ to global adventure icon. The Mission (should you choose to accept it) You’ll take full control of our marketing universe - from brand strategy to content to digital, events, and dealer love. You’ll build a small but mighty team and turn our marketing department into a mean, adventure-fueled growth machine. What you’ll be doing Crafting bold campaigns that make people want to pack their bakkie and hit the dunes. Ability to understand our objectives while also thinking like the consumer to implement a successful campaign. Launching new products that make roof racks sexy (yes, it’s possible). Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis, identifying opportunities and optimizing media buying strategies. Manage ad campaigns, including ad set‑up, targeting parameters, bid management, and budget allocation. Building and mentoring your dream team (2–3 creative powerhouses). Continuously monitor campaign performance, optimizing in real-time based on data insights to achieve KPIs and enhance ROI. Working with sales, production, and fitment teams to keep the adventure rolling. What we’re looking for At least 10 years’ experience in marketing (with a few battle scars to show for it). Need to own the digital marketing space including but not limited to SEO and UX. Seeking a Marketing Expert Highly Skilled in Meta and Google Advertising – We’re looking for a results‑driven digital marketer with advanced expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate is deeply experienced in campaign strategy, optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analytics across both ecosystems. Proven results in growing brands that people actually care about. Someone who loves strategy. Ideally from the 4x4, automotive, outdoor, or lifestyle industry. A mix of creativity, analytics, and a healthy sense of humour. We are offering the below Competitive salary (500-700k plus performance bonus) depending on how awesome you are.
